4. Pricing & Negotiation

• •Prices may be fixed or negotiable depending on the artwork
• •NFT ART MKT facilitates negotiations on behalf of the artist
• •All pricing discussions are subject to artist approval
• •NFT ART MKT may decline or counter offers at its discretion

No transaction is final until all terms are confirmed and payment is completed.

5. Licensing & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

6. Blockchain & Technical Risks

Buyers acknowledge and accept risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

7. Delivery & Finality of Sale

Incorrect wallet details provided by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.

9. Ownership & Originality

Artists represent and warrant that:

• •The artwork does not infringe on third-party rights
• •They have the authority to mint and sell the NFT
• •Submitted works are authentic and original

NFT ART MKT reserves the right to remove content that violates these representations.

10. Pricing Authority

• •NFT ART MKT may recommend pricing based on market context
• •Artists retain final approval over accepted offers unless otherwise agreed

NFT ART MKT does not guarantee sales at any price point.

11. Fees & Commissions

12. Royalties & Secondary Sales

14. Limitation of Liability
